After a restful stay in Jugiong, we hit the road again, making our way down to the expansive Winton Wetlands.

We stopped for a relaxed lunch at the café before taking a drive around the wetlands to explore. The landscape was incredibly dry during our visit, and while there weren’t large numbers of birds around, the vast, open scenery still made for an impressive sight.

That evening, we set up camp at Green Hills Campground, surrounded by the quiet beauty of the wetlands as the sun dipped over the horizon — a peaceful way to end the day.
