Our journey to Handorf began with excitement as we hit the road, ready for an adventure. Our first stop was at Wattaka Rest Area along the Hunter Expressway. It was the perfect place to stretch our legs and take a break from the drive. The rest area offered a peaceful atmosphere, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy a quick snack before continuing on our way. We took in the quiet surroundings and reflected on the road ahead.
After a few more hours on the road, we made our way to Greenwood Grange Rest Area, just past Narrabri, where we decided to call it a day. The rest area provided a convenient and comfortable spot to set up camp for the night. It was well-maintained and offered a serene environment, allowing us to unwind after a long day of travel. As we settled in, the calmness of the area was the perfect end to our journey for the day. We enjoyed a relaxing evening under the stars, appreciating the peace and quiet before heading off again in the morning.
