Jarrahdene Campsite

Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park

Jarrahdene Campsite, set between Margaret River and Augusta in WA’s southwest forests, offers a peaceful bush setting with a strong sense of space and stillness. The campground sits on the site of an old timber mill, and the remnants of that history give the place a bit of character while still feeling natural and unspoiled.

Sites are well separated, level, and surrounded by jarrah and marri forest, creating plenty of privacy. Facilities include clean drop toilets, picnic tables, and fire rings when conditions permit, making it ideal for self-sufficient campers who want a quiet base close to nature.

With walking trails, wildlife, and wineries and beaches only a short drive away, it’s a calm, well-designed campground that suits travellers looking for a simple, forest-focused stay in the Margaret River region.
