Jugiong Memorial Showground is a spacious and welcoming campground nestled along the banks of the Murrumbidgee River in the picturesque village of Jugiong, New South Wales. Conveniently located just off the Hume Highway, it serves as an ideal stopover for travelers journeying between Sydney and Melbourne.​

Camping Facilities

The showground offers ample space for various camping setups, including tents, caravans, motorhomes, and big rigs. Campsites are unpowered, and no bookings are required.

Visitors are encouraged to make a donation to support the maintenance of the grounds. Can be paid by cash into the donation box, or online via their website.

Facilities include clean toilets, potable water, a dump point, picnic tables, and BBQ areas. During summer months, the adjacent community swimming pool offers hot showers for a small fee. ​

Scenic Setting

Set within a natural bend of the Murrumbidgee River, the campground provides picturesque riverside spots shaded by mature trees. The serene environment is perfect for relaxation, with opportunities for fishing, swimming, and riverside walks.​

Pet-Friendly

Jugiong Memorial Showground is pet-friendly, allowing campers to bring their dogs, provided they are restrained at all times. ​

Nearby Attractions

The campground's proximity to Jugiong village allows easy access to local attractions. Across the road, visitors can enjoy meals at the historic Sir George Hotel or the Long Track Pantry café. The village also features artisan markets, a wine cellar, and boutique shops.
