Natural Artesian Waters
Fed by the Great Artesian Basin, the bore baths maintain a soothing temperature of approximately 41.5°C year-round.The water, rich in minerals, is believed to possess therapeutic properties that can alleviate muscle aches and joint pains.The bore, drilled in 1921 to a depth of 689.8 meters, allows water to flow to the surface under natural pressure, eliminating the need for pumping.
Camping & Amenities
Adjacent to the baths is a spacious campground, ideal for caravans, camper trailers, and tents. While the campground is open year-round, the bore baths operate seasonally so check.

A nominal fee of $5–$7 per night per vehicle applies, with no prior bookings required. A caretaker visits daily to collect fees and ensure the site's upkeep.
