Departed at 7:43am under cloudy skies.
Our toilet cassette was full, so we swapped over to the spare before continuing. We used the dump point at Southern Cross to reset for the next stretch.
Along the way, we stopped at Rabbit Fence No. 1 and took time to view the silo art in Merredin.
We had originally planned to stay at Baandee Lake, but after seeing the conditions, we were glad we chose to stay at Koorkoorbine instead — it was windy and very exposed.
We stopped in Tammin to refuel with diesel, and couldn’t resist calling in to see The Big Camera, with entry costing $30.60.
Lunch was toasties at Dolly Foxgloves, a concept store in Toodyay, which was a great break in the day.
Tonight we’re camped at Willowbrook Farm, arriving at 4:00pm. Cost for the stay was $45.00.
Great park with good amenities. I liked the individual toilet/shower cubicles which are unisex.
